He undertakes a review of this policy annually to verify it is in effective operation and ensures that appropriate action is taken in relation to any non-compliance identified under this policy or barriers to provide equality, fairness and respect for all in our employment, whether temporary, part-time or full-time.

All employees including partners are given the opportunity to provide their Diversity Data for collection in accordance with the SRA requirements.
All employees of the firm have the opportunity to provide their Diversity Data in order for the firm publish an anonymous summary of collected data.

Data provides transparency in the recruiting and employment activities. Analysis of diversity data encourages a strong, diverse and effective operation of the firm. Employees are not obliged to provide their Diversity Data.

They may choose to provide selective date or none of their Diversity Data.
Data will be kept for minimum period as set out in the office manual before being destroyed.

Employees have a right to withdraw their consent or object to the use of their Diversity Data at any time. Please notify the Diversity Data Officer in writing.
